I will help you build strength, improve alignment, and body biomechanics with my integrative expertise in restorative exercise, natural movement, pre & postnatal health, and kettlebell/lifting training. My programs and tools will help you build confidence to live fully as a thriving mama and/or badass human!
We will work together to align your body, restore vitality in stagnant areas, and integrate nourishing movement into your lifestyle.
I understand that every individual is unique, their stories are novel, and their relationship with their bodies is an accumulation of many moving parts. I will attentively listen to your story, your goals, and the obstacles you have that prevent you from reaching your goals.

Online Personal Coaching includeS:
Goal setting that is attainable, realistic, and sustainable. You will receive a goal setting intake form for you to complete prior to our first session together.
Virtual movement sessions that include exercise progressions and programming (video required), check-ins, and attainable practice assignments.
Email support from me. You will have access to me over the course of our sessions. You can submit videos for feedback and email me with any questions or concerns that come up.
Weekly journaling to help foster more mindfulness in your movement journey.
